Thank you for shopping at Infinite Inks

Because our products are digital downloads, they are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be physically returned. As a result, all sales are final and non-refundable, except under the specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Exceptions & Eligible Refunds

We want you to have a seamless experience with your new artwork! We will gladly issue a refund or replacement file under the following conditions:

Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital item twice in one transaction or within a 24-hour period, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Corrupted or Broken Files: If a file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue or provide a working replacement file, a full refund will be issued.
Un-downloaded Orders: If you purchased an item by mistake and have not yet downloaded any of the files (verified through our store’s download tracking system), you may request a cancellation and full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Issues Not Covered for Refunds

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after the files have been downloaded.
Dissatisfaction with print quality due to home printer settings, low-quality paper, or third-party printing service errors (we recommend printing through reputable professional printers on high-weight matte or fine art paper).
Slight color variations between screens and physical prints (color output depends on individual monitor calibrations and printer profiles).

3. How to Request Help or a Refund

If you encounter an issue with your order:

Include a brief description of the issue (and screenshots if you are experiencing a technical/file error).
We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
