Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy

Because Infinity Inks specializes exclusively in digital download products, no physical products will be shipped or mailed to your postal address.

Every item in our store is delivered electronically, instantly, and globally!

1. Instant Digital Delivery

Fulfillment Time: Instant.
Delivery Method: As soon as your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to an order confirmation page with direct links to download your high-resolution digital files.
Email Confirmation: You will also receive an automated confirmation email containing your download links and purchase receipt sent directly to the email address you provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Fees & Taxes

Shipping Cost: $0.00 / FREE. Because our products are digital, there are no shipping charges, packaging costs, or import/customs duties.
Digital Taxes: Depending on your location, local digital goods tax (such as VAT or sales tax) may be calculated and added automatically at checkout in accordance with local regulations.

3. How to Download Your Files

Open your Order Confirmation Email.
Click the "Download Your Files" link.
Save the high-resolution files to your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
Unzip any .zip folders (if applicable) to access your scaled JPG or PDF artwork files.

(Note: We recommend downloading your files to a computer or laptop first, as some mobile browsers may compress high-resolution image files.)

4. Downloading Issues & Troubleshooting

If you have not received your download email within 10–15 minutes of placing your order:

Check your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes automated delivery emails accidentally land in spam, promotions, or trash folders.
Verify Your Email Address: If you entered a typo in your email address during checkout, the automated system will fail to reach you.
Lost or Expired Links: If your download link expires or you lose your downloaded files in the future, don't worry! Contact us with your original order number, and we will happily re-send your files.
